To conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business.
Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Requirements
To involve in user requirement study, requirement specification preparation and prototype preparation.
To walkthrough with the end user on the gathered requirement.
To involve in system analysis and design.
To walkthrough with the developers on the scope of development and to work together with the developers to ensure the application is delivered accordingly.
To maintain the existing workflow and perform development on Workflow via Product Configuration.
To prepare user manual and training material for new workflow processes.
Involvement on application coding using JavaScript / Beanshell (If required).
Provide technical / business recommendations to end users.
Provide daily support on the existing workflow processes to End Users.
Prepare details technical diagrams and use cases for any new workflow processes.
Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by Management.
