In this position you will
... be responsible to collaborate with respective domain stakeholders from Business Stakeholders, Partners or Client, as well as working directly with technical squads through agile ways of working to deliver the world-class digital solutions. Manage requirement gathering, perform manual QA, provide Level 1 support to internal/external business unit and partnership, provide support to the Product Owners/Product Managers.
You will be responsible for
- Working closely with the CX/digital leader and management to understand the vision, priorities, recommend/shape and execute a product roadmap.
- Collaborating closely with Product Lead to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/product owners.
- Backlog management, iteration planning, elaboration of the user stories and quality assurance on the output meeting business expectation.
- Assisting in developing and implementing the go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future iterations.
- Managing/Executing the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Participating in the QA of product feature or product launches to ensure features & functions are working as per the acceptance criteria defined by Product Owners.
- Providing end user support, monitor the system, respond to queries, resolve, and escalate issues.
- Managing and tracking the status of issues throughout the product life cycle and prioritize coordinating with product owners and other business stakeholders.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
Holds an undergraduate degree in Business or Information Technology
Has 5+ years of experience in the digital product management industry in roles of Product Owner or Business Analyst
Has practical experience in specifying user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing
Is experienced in Agile methodology project delivery, working with offshore teams
Has familiarity or understanding of the insurance sector (considered an advantage)
Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is organized, structured, and proactive
Has good communication skills and is able to work with user departments and vendors
Demonstrates good problem-solving and strong analytical skills, and is able to clearly present results systematically and logically
Is innovative with good presentation and communication skills
Is a good team player, shows self-initiative, and can work independently
Is proficient in written and spoken English (Cantonese language is preferred)
