Location: Malaysia(Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Report Generation & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Excel to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
- ServiceNow Reporting: Utilize ServiceNow to extract data, create reports, and analyze trends to support IT service management and other business processes.
- SQL Queries: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Python Scripting: Implement Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, perform data analysis, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing data validation and quality checks.
- Documentation: Document processes, report specifications, and analytical findings to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business units to understand their reporting needs, gather requirements, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to reporting tools and methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and ability to write performant queries.
- Familiarity with Python scripting for data manipulation and automation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience related to data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or reporting tools.
- If required, ready to travel Singapore weekly once
