• Job Summary:

As a Business Analysis Manager, you will oversee a team of business analysts, manage business analysis activities, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to align business analysis initiatives with the companys strategic goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of business analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

• Oversee the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements across multiple projects.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define business analysis strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and implement business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices across the organization.

Review and approve business analysis reports, recommendations, and technical specifications.

• Work closely with project managers and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions as needed.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are understood and addressed.

Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying best practices to improve business analysis processes.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of business analysts.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align business analysis with organizational goals.

Expertise in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
