You will be based at our Malaysia Technology Center (MYTC), the heart and pulse of our IT activities, Center of Excellence and Development.
Your Responsibilities
Enthusiastic and passionate about business functions in the science and technology IT domain.
Understand and practice fundamental day-to-day tasks or projects.
Engage in best-practices networking with peers from various business functions and Senior
Management. Possibility of forming long-term relationships and improving communication and
teamwork abilities.
Identify and implement improvement possibilities within own team and/or with other process
teams, such as working on proof-of-concept themes, improvement activities, and generating
learning materials.
Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the project team with transformation, load and validation of master data.
Participate in system development, integration, testing, deployment, implementation and
training.
Maintain the Global/Regional training documentations and knowledge database up to date.
Performing relevant support activities as and when required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess excellent attention to detail; excellent analytical, research, and creative abilities.
Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in English with good communication skills, both written and verbal; able to
articulate in Mandarin is a plus.
Knowledge in Java and SQL is a plus.
Able to attend meetings after hours when necessary.
Able to commit for a min of 6 months of internship.
