Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.- Research and finding leads to assignments to the Business Development/Sales Team.
Monitor and report on team performance.
- Check the integrity and viability of applications submitted.
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Maintain records and files, ensuring they are organized and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Provide support to the finance team with invoicing and budgeting.- Handle merchant and referral partner inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments.
