Job Description

Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support day-to-day operations by handling administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the organization.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance on various projects, including research, analysis, and documentation.
  • Office Management: Contribute to the smooth running of the office by managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal team members, providing excellent customer service.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM
  • 00 - RM800.00 per month
