Responsibilities:- To check and ensure all common areas lighting for the abovementioned schemes are in good working order of which the works include electricity, water, elevators, pimps, CCTV
Carrying out periodic inspections of common area within the building to ensure that they are well kept and clean.- Handle day-to-day complaints received from purchasers by having proper records and recommend solutions and actions to rectify the problem.
Supervising and liaising with various appointed maintenance and service contractors on the maintenance of building services, building fabric, external landscaping, etc.
- Carry out pre-delivery inspection on the newly completed property to identify defective works and implement remedial measures to minimize defects identified by purchasers during delivery of vacant possession
Receive complaints from customers, record and make paperwork for repair work.- Ensure that all common fittings are in good working condition.
Conduct joint inspection for purpose of handing over of units to purchasers.
- Any other duties as and when required.
Diploma in related filed
- 2-3 years experiences as Technician Maintenance or Building Officer
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external parties.
