Position: Building Manager (Project-based) Efficiently oversee all aspects of building management services, including delivery, processes, and systems for our client.- Ensure that service contractors comply with the maintenance work plan and standards.
Coordinate with relevant authorities on permits, insurance, licenses, and other operational, property maintenance, security, and safety matters.
- Monitor and review contracts and agreements with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and consultants for building maintenance, cleaning, security, safety, and related tasks.
Track collections and collaborate with the committee to determine actions against defaulters. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Candidate must possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Property Management or Business Studies with at least 2 years relevant experiences- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Possess good personality and PR skills
* Self-motivated, able to work independently/team, positive and proactive.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
