Responsibilities:- First tier support to manage building defects.
Ensure maintenance service availability and response time is accordance for all the building maintenance work i. Building Scope, Common area, Production area, Site Services area, Toilets, Sewerage & Areas within premise such as road, parking, curbs.- Attend and restore breakdown, attend meetings and briefings to update work progress and discussion with other departments.
Provide assessment on problems versus recommended solution to resolve building defects.
- Responsible and liaise with contractor and suppliers to provide RFP, BQ, RFQ, PR, PO & Invoicing.
Supervise work on-site for building repair or renovation works.- Supervising the general worker to carry out their duties and assignment on typical duties that include painting, tiling, grouting, silicon, simple plumbing and general repairs.
Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Manage ESD data points to ensure compliance for all production line.- Manage SiCAT for scrap waste management to ensure trade compliance.
Submit daily and monthly reports and other related checklist.

- Diploma in engineering or related discipline.
* 2 to 3 years experience in building maintenance will be added advantage.
- Physically capable and available to work in normal hours or shift, overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
