Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquires/complaints within 2 hours.

  • Achieves satisfactory customer satisfaction index.

  • Submit service exception reports to BIC within 48 working hours.

  • Ensure completion of special projects/task.

  • Check/classify and verify all pending from dispatch rider.

  • Ensure all informations are updated into system.

  • Make arrangement for urgent consignment.

  • Check and handle all major A/C document.

  • Follow all ISO procedures and requirement.

  • Monitoring all Pre alert document and ADC card.

  • Check and revert back all email to origin.

  • Answer telephone call within 3 rings.

  • Acceptance of incoming shipment.

  • Attending to customer request and questionnaires.

  • Attend to walk in customer at the counter.

    Job Type: Permanent

    Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Required)
