We are looking for a highly personable and enthusiastic bakery assistant to join our dynamic team. Your duties will include managing baked goods and ingredient inventories, and taking control of the daily cleanup procedures at the bakery.
Prepare and bake various types of bread
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients for bread-making process.
Quality Control include handle cleanliness and hygiene- Work closely with other members of the baking team and kitchen staff to coordinate bread production with other menu items and food services
Monitor and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels for daily production.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in bread baking to improve skills and bring innovative ideas to the kitchen
Able to work in Taman Majidee area
- Have basic knowledge about baking products
Have baker experience or work in a similar baking role- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other staff.
Able to work early morning
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen
