- Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to brand standards across all communications.
- Oversee the production of various marketing materials, including print collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure that all materials effectively convey the brand message and engage target audiences.
- Develop guidelines and training programs for the various teams to ensure high-quality support aligned with brand values.
- Manage campaigns and all customer service initiatives for upcoming projects.
- Engage in the establishment and promotion of in-store and retail, executing targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach customers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding and marketing efforts.
- Regularly report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of marketing and PR strategies.
- Creative thinking and initiative in proposing ideas and campaigns.
- Experience in sales with understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Ability to travel for store visits and resource sourcing.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum education: Diploma and above
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Skills required: Sales, Marketing, Branding & Development.
