My client is the market leader in their FMCG category. Their focus has always been consistently delivering high-quality products and being at the forefront of innovation. Currently, they are looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for brand communications, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives throughout the consumer journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand communications and marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Lead and coach a team of brand executives to deliver marketing plans and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive recruitment strategies, understanding target audience needs and behaviors, and engaging them across various touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, relaunches, and other initiatives.
  • Work with media agencies to develop strategic media plans to optimize budget and reach.
  • Manage sampling activities, POSM, and communication materials within brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, finance) and external agencies.
  • Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring effective communication and media support to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze post-campaign performance, market trends, competitive activities, and budget utilization.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG, with 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in research tools like Kantar, Ipsos, Dunnhumby, Nielsen.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing 360 marketing plans and leading a team of executives.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management and the fundamentals of the marketing mix.
