Working closely with senior manager on building the roadmap of potential opportunities within and beyond the category using business knowledge, the consumer value journey and growth spaces.
Converts critical consumer insights and data from different sources to unlock insights for brand growth and idea development. As a result, builds new consumer propositions for new campaign / innovation/renovation.
Support cross functional project teams to drive campaign / projects from conceptualisation through implementation stage.
Work on the business case and own the business plan for the responsible brand / project and integrates this into departmental budgetary planning and control
Create and generates exciting, bold, and engaging ideas/ briefs / stories that translate into memorable, inspiring and impactful contents across all touchpoints and channels.
Fluent in the power and application of digital opportunities throughout the marketing funnels. Understands the digital journey a consumer could follow and able to build a strong digital media plan across priority channels (e.g. search, social, 1:1)
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields.
FMCG marketing or brand experience at Managerial level.
Min 3 years of working experience in FMCG Marketing.
Strong analytical and analysis skill.
Strong verbal and communication skills in English.
Experience of campaign planning and writing business plans.
Strong business acumen/financials.
