Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to promote events and classes.
- Ensure your team keeps advertising and promotions up-to-date.
- Follow and implement company marketing guidelines.
- Collaborate with other teams.
- Stay current with marketing trends and participate in relevant training.
- Ensure daily reports are submitted by team members before the end of the workday.
- Assist team members with student or advertising issues.
- Conduct interviews and guide new team members with HR support.
- Submit daily sales reports to the Superior.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by senior management.
Qualifications:
Female & male
Minimum diploma required
Leadership experience at least 1 year
