We are currently looking for a Brand Experience Executive who can help provide support for company marketing events including sponsorships and partner programs in alignment with our brand guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
- Support the overall creation and development of NSC events such as product launches, internal conferences, ceremonies, driving experience and steer dealer events to ensure strategic brand alignment.
- Supervise the planning and delivery of overall creative, content, technical execution and logistical elements including fleet management.
- Perform market research, needs analysis and on-site evaluation / inspection to ensure event requirements are met.
- Undertake financial and administrative duties; making sure that the event budget and timeline is met.
- Prepare post campaign reporting to ensure objectives are met and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Coordinate the event RSVP process in close collaboration with CRM division and Sales division to ensure the event attendees fulfil the event sales and marketing criteria.
Sponsorship
- Support sponsorship strategies and identify industry market trends to aid the portfolio of sponsorship events.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to plan partner and sponsor acquisition strategy and manage the accounts of sponsors.
- Manage partner and sponsor relations to ensure all needs are attended to and to explore improvements to sponsorship agreements.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in business, focusing on marketing, strategic management, business analytics or information technology.
- At least 5 years experience in project management, stakeholder relations on either the agency or client side; background in automotive, beauty or fashion.
- Prior experience in Agency Management, Business Development and Product Launch.
- Strategic understanding of traditional, digital/social specific media marketing in addition to appropriate metrics of success
- Strong network within top KOLs in the beauty, fashion and automotive and tech industries
