The Brand Executive is responsible in supporting the Marketing Manager with execution of marketing strategies in achieving the business and brand objectives.
- Brand and portfolio custodian to ensure all branding materials are consistent and aligned to brand guide across all relevant platforms.
- Lead the timely preparation, launch and execution of all marketing programs/ collaterals/ activities for the assigned projects and portfolios across 360 initiatives.
- Source for branding opportunities in ATL, Online, BTL as appropriate to the brand with an eye to maximize ROI and explore suitable promotion/sampling/sponsorship opportunities in any relevant platforms.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers in implementation of marketing collaterals and promotional materials to ensure timely and smooth campaign execution.
- Collate market intelligence information regularly to retain brand's competitive edge. To have constant review, monitoring and comparison made within the industry/competitors communication strategies to recommend next steps for the brand.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas during the planning of marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives.
- Plan and work within budget of assigned marketing campaign/projects. To prepare post mortem reports after each campaign to evaluate effectiveness and key learnings.
- Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations.
- Initiate and coordinate ad-hoc assignments, where required.

The Brand Executive should be an individual that is willing to learn and constantly strive to positively contribute to the team with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being independent, proactive, meticulous, data-driven with creative problem-solving skills are key to grow within the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline.
- Min 1 year of brand marketing experience in consumer products industry, preferably FMCG.
- Digitally savvy. Aware of latest marketing, social media, branding & ecommerce trends.
- Possess strategic thinking and insights driven.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong command of English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and possess strong sense of ownership. Able to work under pressure with good multitasking and time management skills.
