Developing and executing the brand strategy, marketing strategy, and communication strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing according to the clientsâ needs and controlling the company's marketing budget
Undertaking continuous analysis of competitor brands, sharing and executing action plans in a timely manner
Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
Organize and maintain relationships with the marketing team; handle the customer relationship with customers and product market foresight and forecast.
Planning and directing daily operations; Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff.
Representing the enterprise or organization in dealings with outside bodies.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of manger experience in same industry of wholesale of medical, professional, scientific and research equipment.
Familiar with laboratory instrument products and have relevant academic background are preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Be proficient at Mandarin. Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be preferred.
