Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To make sure enough manpower available in showroom.
  • To Make sure tidiness and discipline of staff are following company rules and regulation.
  • To propose potential subordinate to be included as second liner and nurture them.
  • To arrange training to ensure sales person are well equip with sufficient product knowledge.
  • To monitor and control inventory level by keeping IT on par with target and maintain a healthy stock turnover.
  • To ensure stock availability in showroom especially promotion items are sufficient.
  • To ensure product pricing and display are well maintained following company events and direction.
  • To ensure marketing display tools in the showroom are up to date and dispose those outdated.

Job Requirements

  • Min possess DIPLOMA/DEGREE level in Business Management/equivalent.
  • Possess excellent time and people management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
  • Experienced candidates in related field will be an added advantage.
