Requirements: Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team- KPI-oriented to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
Understanding of the sales and retail work environment
- Committed, punctual, proactive, and passionate
Familiar with social media tools- Skills in taking and editing photos/videos will be an added advantage
Willingness to be relocated will be an added advantage since we are hiring for multiple locations, especially in Klang Valley
- 6-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about services provided
- Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls or email inquiries regarding booking requests/questions
Assist customers in selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs- Process bookings/reservations, ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality
Prepare invoices/receipts for payment processing and record-keeping purposes
- Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at the reception desk; reorder supplies when necessary
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the lobby area as well as other common areas visible from the front desk
