manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of their branches by directing all operational aspects of each branch and driving sales whilst minimizing costs through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
To set and implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
To manage the outlet daily operation.
To ensure proper standard of service & customer satisfaction.
Hire, train & supervise outlet staff to meet company requirements.
Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required.
Job Requirements
At least with 5 years working experience in Manager level at the Bakery, Food & Beverage industry.
Preferably Supervisor specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
Preferable able to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin
Willing to travel & possess own transport.
Multiple working locations.
