About The Role
We are seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The role involves optimizing the availability of tools, facilities, and personnel to meet project requirements and capitalize on growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will deploy action plans to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management, including staff development and career progression. Responsibilities also include updating operational parameters, interacting with customers, reviewing tasks, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrating and maintaining the day-to-day functionality of the operational branch by optimizing the availability of the establishment, tools, facilities and people in achieving the project requirement and meeting the exponential growth opportunities.
- Deploy and action plans to achieve optimum effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management. This includes the people development and charting the career progression of the staff.
- Updating operation parameters and assigning responsibilities according to the competency's matrix.
- Interacting with customer, interpreting their needs and requirements, and deliver the expectation in the fields.
- Reviewing the tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Review and enrich processes to value add into quality management and customer benefits.
- Updating project's metrics and data collection to ensure the project trajectory remained on the course.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS Operations requirements and standards.
About You

- Competency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in operational related environment.
- Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Aviation or any other engineering discipline.
- Possessed valid Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency - Basic (RCOC-B), RCOC Module 2 (AGR) and any other certifications approved by Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) by CAAM.
