Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and monitor online shops across various platforms to ensure optimal performance and sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Address customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage walk-in customers efficiently, providing assistance and support as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our team, primarily focusing on managing our shops across online platforms.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, addressing customer queries, managing purchases, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Additionally, you will also be tasked with managing walk-in customers to provide a comprehensive customer service experience.

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or relationship management role, preferably in an online retail environment.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams (English & Bahasa Malaysia Language);
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using online platforms and e-commerce tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in managing online shops or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
