Responsible to promote Gintell Products.
- To provide excellent customer service for walk-in/phone call/online customers.
To achieve monthly sales target set by the company.- Manage sales performance of a branch in align with weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
Conducting sales and product related training to showroom staffs.
- Manage the discipline of showroom's staff.
SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in retail management, Sales & Marketing.
Possess retail operations experience inclusive of Sales Management, Product Display, Stock, Training & Development of staff and Inventory Management.- Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.- Must be willing to work during weekends/Public Holiday.
- Basic pay + Commission + Overriding = up to RM5,000 ++ a month.
