- Leadership and Personnel Management: - Provide effective leadership and direction to clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment - Recruit, train and supervise clinical and administrative personnel - Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans for staff members 2. Operational Management: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize clinic efficiency - Oversee day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management - Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve clinic performance 3. Financial Management: - Develop and manage clinic's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability - Monitor revenue and expenses, identify variances, and take corrective actions as needed - Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards 4. Patient Care and Customer Service: - Ensure the delivery of high quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols - Address patient inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty 5. Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including patient records and regulatory filings - Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments 6. Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals - Facilitate effective communication within the clinic and with external partners, such as insurers and suppliers - Participate in meetings, committees, and other activities to promote teamwork and continuous improvement Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration / Business Administration / any related field (Master's Degree is preferred) - Proven working experience in healthcare management, with a minimum of 2 years managerial role - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills - Proficiency in financial management, budgeting and analysis - Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and quality improvement initiatives - Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
