Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and manage daily outlet operations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Train, motivate, and schedule staff to meet business needs.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain operational records and prepare reports for senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the laundry industry or related field is preferred.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
