Job Description:
- Responsible for branch's performance in sales, service and compliance.
- Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving shared goals.
- Develop new business and maintain strong relationship with customers and the community.
- Maintain branch safety and security standards.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills.
- Has wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage.
- Possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement.
- Comfortable with a goal oriented environment.
