To manage the BranchOperations, ensuring smooth operations functionalities both in the aspect of People management and Operations.- Staffing recruitment done timely to support branch Operations
- Manage and scan efficiently with promptness both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- To plan and achieve monthly EM20 delivery performance KPI at 94% with the resources available at the branch.
- To ensure staff achievement of KPIs achieved and monitor their development progress.
- Customer Service and Inquiries provided with accuracy in regards to services provided-Products/Pricing and Shipment solutions.
- To ensure company assets are orderly maintained and servicing done with appointed vendors to meet daily activity expectations.
- Trucks are orderly maintained by custodian and in good condition to be utilized on the road-Road tax/Cleanliness.
- Energetic with integrity, positive attitude and mindset, hardworking, independent and customer service oriented.
- Complete with promptness ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
