Job Description Branch Manager Headquarter Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Our growing company is looking for an experienced and energetic Branch Manager to oversee all functions of our branch in Kota Kinabalu from hiring of employees to overseeing daily business operations to develop and implementing business strategies there.

To be a successful Branch Manager, you are expected to have a strong leadership ability and will guide your team members efficiently. The successful candidate will value teamwork, transparency and will delegate the task to the employees appropriately.
  • Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly meeting and provide monthly branch review.
  • Manage all areas (Marketing, Sales, Administration and operation) and provide guidance to all the staff in HQKK branch.
Liaise with HQ team to empower staff, in terms of training and development.
  • Assist Top Managements in finding opportunities and segment at Borneo area, especially.
Ensure HQKK branch is running smoothly in terms of customer satisfaction, policy execution, staff wellbeing.
  • Assist Top Managements in achieving HQKK branch goal.
Make a regular visit to existing and prospective customers.
  • Plan and participate in sales event.
Perform any ad hoc task instructed by superior/management.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from any major with proven management experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Good team-player, strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
Retail industry knowledge.
  • Preferable can speak fluent Sabah dialect.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
