Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising strategy for livestream session, focusing on Tiktok
- Analyze market trends and audience insight to identify optimal times for ads investmentto maximise reach and conversion
- Manage budget for advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resource for peak performance times while reducing spend during lower-impact period.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with the content and livestream team to align advertising efforts with livestream schedules and content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok advertising policies, features, and best practices, as well as broader livestream advertising trends.
- Negotiate with ad platforms and vendors to secure the best prices and placements for our ads.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to determine the most effective advertising approaches.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure advertising efforts align with overall business goals and budgetary constraints.

As a specialist in digital advertising with a focus on livestream platforms, particularly Tiktok , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ad campaigns to drive sales growth while maintaining efficiency in ad spend.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital advertising, with specific experience in managing livestream or video ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and ad tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of the TikTok platform, including advertising formats, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a focus on innovation in the digital advertising space.
Preferred Skills
Experience with TikTok ad campaigns or other livestream platforms.
Certifications in digital marketing or advertising platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and creative development.
