The Branch & Sales Manager will assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation. Branch manager will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.
Branch Manager will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
- 0 Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
- 0 Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- 0 To oversee and supporting Branch in recruiting and training staffs, as well as delegating responsibilities.
- 0 Source, train, coach and develop staff by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- 0 Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- 0 Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- 0 Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- 0 Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
- 0 Prepare and submit sales report and forecast on a timely basis.
- 0 Enforcing safety in Branch, providing ongoing active coaching and enforcement/adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- Job Requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Science/Business;
Preferable five(5) years work experience in Sales & Marketing and a minimum two (2) years as a Branch Manager/Head;- Possessed good communication and interpersonal skills and committed work attitude.
Able to work independently and travel around
