Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION(S):
  • To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
To supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • To provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
  • JOB EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years related experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working hours: Mon - Fri;
  • 30am-6.00pm
  • Benefits: Performance Bonus, Medical Claim, Parking, Hospitalisation Insurance, & Staff Training
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Successful candidate should be able to work at Pasir Gudang Industrial Area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
