JOB DESCRIPTION(S):- To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
To supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance- To provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
- JOB EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years related experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working hours: Mon - Fri;
