Manage the receipt, storage, and organization of merchandise.- Ensure the boutique's visual merchandising meets brand standards and enhances customer experience.
Implement seasonal and promotional displays in line with the brands guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain the boutiques overall appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Manage the boutiques budget, including sales, expenses, and profit margins- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events.
Monitor local market trends and competitor activity, and propose innovative strategies to attract customers.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to promote the boutique and engage with customers.
Preferred background in luxury fashion, hospitality, beauty, or niche fragrances.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a retail store team.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
