In summary, you will be responsible for:
- Boutiques daily operations such as opening/closing and cleanliness of the boutique;
- Greet and serve customers as they enter the store according to the SOP;
- Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, installment payments, referral programs and membership and reward programs;
- Be part of Live Streaming activities on social media platforms to invite customers to purchase online, to visit physical boutique and to promote products;
- Assist the Operation team for daily picking, packing and labeling;
- Report to supervisor/manager if there is any issue or damage with the items
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma
- Experience in retail is an added advantage
- Confident in face-to-face interaction
- Able to work with minimum supervision, easy to follow instruction/SOP and report to Supervisor if there is any issue or damage with items
