  • Job Description:
  • Boutique Assistant
Fully responsible for the boutiques daily operations such as opening/closing, and cleanliness of the boutique.
  • Front-liner. Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store according to the SOP.
Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, instalment payments, referrals program, membership and rewards programs, registration of S1S community and store return policy.
  • Advising and assisting walk-in customers. Assist shoppers with merchandise (proper handbags, colour choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.).
Promoting our online portal and our products. As well as upselling products.
  • Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
Organising products in the physical boutique properly according to the SOP.
  • Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.
Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS (point of sale) computer system.
  • Using the POS system to process payments from customers, including Card Machine and Cash.
Request and store customer information during the payment process for database purposes.
  • Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise; act according to company policy.
Prepare daily Morning Boosters on instagram stories (Instagram, Facebook ) for social media engagements.
  • Be part of LIVE streaming activities on social media platforms to invite customers to purchase online, to visit physical boutique and to promote products.
Assist creative team in playing as model or host for product reviews or short videos.
  • Operation Assistant
To perform the fulfilment of the incoming orders, ensure the order & parcel has pack correctly.
  • To responsible for daily picking, packing, and labelling.
To prepare the packing in advance for peak days.
  • To assist in loading & unloading of goods.
Identify if there are any issues with items while packing.
  • Report to supervisor if any issue or damage with items.
To arrange items properly on the shelves.
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
Ensure good housekeeping.

  • Requirements:
IMMEDIATE Intake, to work in Wangsa 118 at Wangsa Maju (opposite Aeon Big Wangsa Maju, nearby Wangsa Walk Mall)
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Education & Experience : SPM or Diploma
  • Disciplined and Courteous
Preferable candidate with direct or indirect customer service and/or retail experience
  • Friendly and/or easy going personality
Positive attitude and customer oriented.
  • Confident in Face-to-Face interaction.
Able to work with minimum supervision, easy to follow instruction/SOP and report to Supervisor if any issue or damage with items.
  • Value for speed and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
