We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Boutique Assistant for TPL. This role involves engaging with customers through live sessions, showcasing our exquisite collection of boutique lehengas, ready-made dinner sarees, and Indo-western wear.
- Conduct Live Sales Sessions: Host live streaming sessions to showcase and sell our products, providing detailed descriptions and styling tips.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, providing personalized recommendations, and building a connection with the audience.
- Facilitating Purchases:Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions, guiding them through the buying process smoothly and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge:Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively answer queries and present items with confidence.
- Customer Service:Provide exceptional service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Activities:Support various sales activities within the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a visually appealing display.
- Feedback Collection:Gather and relay customer feedback to the management to help improve our products and services.
- Compensation:
We offer a competitive commission-based payout structure. You can earn up to Rm 400 for each lehenga or piece sold, with the potential for significant earnings based on your sales performance.
