Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and be attentive to customers, providing recommendations on products.
Maintain a clean store and organized product display.- Assist shoppers with merchandise (proper sizing, color choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.).
Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.
Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution.- Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS (point of sale) computer system.
Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries.- Can do live on tiktok and shopee (Allowance given for doing live)
Can manage stock and inventory.
Preferred Age : 19years - 27years.
Proven retail sales experience- Effective communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
