Job Description Provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.
Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients.
Familiar to using technology or cloud environments to prepare documents
Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the deadline provided in the Acts.
Ensure all companies comply with the relevant sections of the Acts, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.
Maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for secretarial documents.
Prepare board of directors and members resolutions for disposal, acquisitions, loan capital by the company Liaise with auditors, public officer, and other relevant parties.
