Job Summary
Boilerman shall responsible for the daily operation of the boiler system and monitor overall equipment functionality and water chemical analysis in the most safely and efficient manner. He also responsible to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities for the boiler system to comply with DOSH requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and handling of the boiler and its auxiliary equipment.
- To assist maintenance team in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting activities and DOSH annual inspection.
- Ensure comprehensive records of all maintenance activities and important data in Boiler Log Book.
- Carry out routine chemical analysis of water purity according to the ASME standard.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Boilerman Grade 1 (Certified by DOSH)
