OverallWe are seeking an experienced BO Chargeman to manage and oversee operations at our 11KV substation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the substation, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining high levels of operational reliability.
Oversee daily operations of the 11KV substation, including monitoring, control, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical equipment and systems. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs if needed.- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, equipment status, and maintenance work. Prepare and submit reports as required.
Supervise and guide a team of electrician, providing training and support to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including system faults and outages, to minimize downtime and ensure rapid restoration of service.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards set by local and national authorities.
Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- Possesses BO Chargeman Certificate
Experienced in managing 11KV substations or similar electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, substations, and safety protocols. Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.
