The Role
Summary
- Coordinates the delivery, and installation and testing and commissioning of hospital medical equipment for owners/clients.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate equipment delivery and installation schedules with the owner's representative and medical equipment planner.
- Perform testing and commissioning of medical equipment at site with suppliers for hospital clients.
- Participate on multiple and diverse healthcare construction projects simultaneously.
- Prepare project cost estimates for inclusion in owner/client proposals.
- Participate in marketing efforts, including preparing initial marketing material, RFPs and formal presentations.
- Preparation of progressive consultation fees for Project services.
- Build effective relationships with government, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or other healthcare related disciplines.
- 2 to 5 years Medical equipment field related experience preferred.
- Possess working knowledge of healthcare field, architectural plans, and healthcare medical equipment.
- Demonstrates solid presentation skills and have working knowledge of MS Office applications and able to write well and prepare quality reports.
- Able to travel and be posted at hospital project in Sarawak
