Model Creation and Management:
- Develop and maintain BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Ensure models adhere to project standards and specifications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate models.- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
Documentation:- Produce detailed drawings and schedules from the BIM model.
Maintain accurate records of all modifications and updates to the model.Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all BIM data is compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
Support and Training:
- Provide support and training to other team members on BIM processes and software.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
Assist project managers in planning and executing BIM-related tasks.- Participate in project meetings and provide input on BIM-related issues.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Relevant BIM certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in BIM modeling. Knowledge of M&E modelling preferred.- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).

This position may require occasional travel to project sites.
