Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler at Pilot Construction Sdn Bhd located in Cyberjaya. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create and update architectural, structural and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) models. The BIM Modeler will also collaborate with the construction team to develop and update construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software and Architecture
• Experience as a Modeler and creating construction drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certification or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
