Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating detailed architectural designs and construction documents using BIM software such as Revit, Naviswork, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.
- Generate 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to support design presentations and client meetings.
- Ensure BIM models are accurate, consistent, and adhere to project standards.
- Produce technical drawings, schedules, and specifications directly from BIM models
- Manage and deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawing to support construction works.
- Generate detailed BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and/or Electrical works in accordance with project requirements.
- Maintain meticulous records of all issued and received models/drawings, ensuring document control standards are met.
- Actively participate in coordination meetings and clash detection sessions as needed, contributing to seamless project execution.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Design Lead, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.
- Adhere to and support office BIM standards, policies, and procedures, particularly in BIM-assisted Quantification.
- Collaborate with the engineer-in-charge and other technical professionals on assigned tasks to achieve project goals
Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in BIM implementation. Location : Based on Project

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
