Working closely with the BIM Manager, coordinate between the project team and external parties such as the client, external consultants and contractor regarding BIM information exchange and technical coordination;
Working closely with the BIM Manager, set up the initial BIM project and technical administration protocol using office-wide or client standards and templates as applicable;
Coordinate with BIM teams across different disciplines to facilitate the timely completion of the model for regular BIM coordination meetings;
Facilitate and assemble technical coordination models for clash detection meetings and other BIM related coordination functions;
Monitor and maintain the BIM model to keep models up-and-running and compliant with Office-wide or Client BIM standards as applicable;
Support project team in troubleshooting and resolving BIM issues and educating team members regarding Office-wide BIM practices;
Working closely with the project team, including those from other disciplines to plan and prepare project deliverables;
Provide support to the project team in duties related to BIM;
Participate in office-wide BIM workshops and knowledge sharing sessions.
Requirements:
At least 3+ years experience working on BIM projects as BIM Coordinator;
Degree in Architecture or its equivalent;
Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
Experience in Navisworks and any clash detection software.
