Job Responsibilities- Assist the in updating the details of the tax invoice in the Excel file.
Preparing tax invoices for sales, service of items.- Process and archive tax invoices according to company name.
Sorting the tax invoices according to customer preference prior to posting.
- Record the details of tax invoices in the Accounts Receivable record book.
Ensure all records are properly written, filed, and retained according to procedure.- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth daily operation.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excels is a must.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the same industry is required for this position.
