Data Entry- Proficiency in using office software such as Word and Excel, handling spreadsheets and documents.
Filing & Scanning to ensure documents are well maintained in order
- Processing and checking invoice and send to customer on timely manner
Answering calls and solving customer queries- Assist in job assigned from time to time
Maintain good team work and team communication while attending work and problem solving
Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 1 Year of working experience in clerk position.- Computer literal, good knowledge of and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Self motivated, attention to details, good team player, able to work with minimum supervision.Monday to Friday, Saturday (half day)
