The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
Provide support to the Head of Bidding APAC, delivering the bids process from capture planning to debrief ensuring process integrity
Facilitate capture plan and win strategy workshops to ensure that all client issues are understood, all win themes identified, and all evidence and CVs gathered.
Understand the PQQ/proposal requirements as outlined in the clients documents and support the bid process from inception to completion
Ensure all relevant documents are sent to the commercial and legal teams for review and that governance timelines are highlighted in the programme.
Manage and leads the corporate governance process for the whole bid
Champion and utilise the automated pricing tool to support data interrogation and fee generation.
Organise and execute the creation of the deliverables matrix, folder structure and PQQ/proposal programme.
Organise and facilitate kick-off, storyboard and review workshops based on the bid process and working to the programme timelines.
Provide a key communications interface between internal stakeholders
Critically review, edit and write text to improve clarity and impact.
Organise and facilitate Pink & Red Review session, internal and external bid debrief sessions, share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
Support the maintenance of records by uploading and maintaining CRM data, and running appropriate reports. (Salesforce)
Work with fee earner leads and bid team to develop and produce capability statements
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have a Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in proposals, marketing, communications or similar discipline
Have worked in a multi-faceted marketing or proposal role with similar responsibilities
Are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
Have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Indesign and Powerpoint)
Have a highly collaborative nature and enjoy working within a global team
Are detail oriented and quality focused
