Bid Coordinator Protege Trainee (Ref.No. R1005707)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
Assist Bid team to:
- Support the preparation of tender and proposal documentation to the customer.
- Review bid requirements and develop proposal outlines, templates, and compliance matrices.
- Coordinate preparation & distribution of related tender documents and submission of bids.
- Work closely with sales, technical, and other internal teams to gather for proposal compilation.
- Ensure that all proposal documents are properly formatted and organized.
- Review of RFP/RFQ documents to understand submission requirements.
- Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and overall effectiveness.
You have:
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good multitasking and organizational skills.
- Can work in team, proactive and s
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting proposals.
- Bid administrators must have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bid documents and administrative tasks.
